We used jarred roasted red peppers from the store for this recipe, but if you’d like to make them from scratch, simply roast your red peppers in the oven until nice and charred. Then, remove to a bowl in the fridge and let them cool. Peel the skin off of your cooled bell peppers and remove the seeds and you’re ready to use it!

Ingredients:
1 roasted red bell pepper
2 15-oz cans chickpeas, drained
6 tbsp chickpea liquid
3 cloves garlic
½ tsp kosher salt
¼ cup + 1 tbsp tahini
¼ cup + 1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp cumin
3 tbsp olive oil
250mg SoulSome hemp extract
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender and blend until smooth.
- Serve with pita chips or veggies!
- Option to garnish with chickpeas, olive oil, and parsley.
